Look, if the military is deploying chatbots with machine guns, I think all I have to do is get it on a logic loop, which GPT3 is not invulnerable to.

Real AI is defined by autonomous decision-making that requires probability calculation that would make the world's traditional super computers blush. Quantum computing in theory and many generations from what is currently being utilized, certainly could handle that load of calculation however that won't be stuffed into anything smaller than a large building with loads of dependency on critical infrastructure.

USDC, since it follows ISO20022. Going out on a limb here but I don't think we will have our own CBDC issued by the treasury department. I believe that the USA will partner with an ISO20022 company like Circle to facilitate our CBDC. It is likely that all ISO20022 tokens will have local CBDC pairs once countries launch their respective coins.
