Why should I care that the bond market is "crashing"? They're unrealized gains so can't they just baghold until maturity then, inflation aside, come out breaking even.

Why is it okay for us to baghold, but not banks? What kind of retard still uses a bank instead of credit unions anyway?

Hard fail; here's how he should've played it:
>be banker
>get sent on business trip
>meet "prospective banking clients" & "consultants"
>treat them to meals on the company dime while you talk business with them -- this is a time-honored business practice
>report back from your trip
>get asked by corporate about business trip expenses
"Yes: I ordered a porter house, a filet mignon, and four lobster thermadores; I, of course, ate steak, and treated my BUSINESS ASSOCIATES to the remaining meals. Yes, I was dining with the Vice President of K&S and their Senior Financial Strategist... and their wives... and, of course, in order to NOT look weak by being the fifth wheel, I brought some arm candy of my own -- Monica Washington, a lovely African American professional escort, paid for with company money in order to provide myself as an agent of this company with the extra social advantages required to close these deals profitably for our company. Oh, and we also drank like fishes -- figure about three hundred dollars that night. Oh, and the strip club... ALSO a legitimate COMPANY EXPENSE. Guess what? While blowing lines of coke -- another business expense -- with the VP of Kikeberg & Shekelstein off of that stripper's tits -- yet another business expense -- I got him to sign on the dotted line right here for an $80 million exclusive contract with our company. So, I feel that my $5,647.98 worth of business expenses for this company trip were not only entirely justified, but have already more than paid for themselves. It takes money to make money!"
