Why does "FUD" exist? People rarely produce genuinely critical opinions of coins, instead it's stupid shit like "this coin will LITERALLY dump to 0", which might make sense in the case of, say, a rugpull but in the case of something proven to be established and fundamentally sound doesn't make sense.

Other things like price/earnings, price/book, etc. However, in live fire market conditions a lot of that goes out the window and you wind up at whatever market is willing to pay at whatever time.
