HOLY SHIT I laughed out loud.

Fucking wrekt.

I love you 10x more iHaz. You are really one of the only good trips on this board and the fact that you post without your trip (probably all the time) proves it even more.

Fucking 5 star post.

So you turned 250k into 5m in about 3 years?! I find that very hard to believe, especially given that this is 4chan. Then again, it's been a bull market for the last few years so if someone was smart and lucky, I guess it's plausible.

What the hell did you do though? I know traders don't like to give away their trade secrets, and I understand why, but what did you do in general? That's fucking insane. I'm sure what you did probably wouldn't be as effective as what I did, since I won't be able to invest yet and I'm sure the market's bubble will go back down.

5m at 25 is amazing dude. I have plans of my own but you're timetable is vastly accelerated compared to mine. I plan to have 250k to invest by the time I'm around 27-28 and want to reach my first million by 32. I'm currently where you were when you started, though just working minimum wage part time job at a restaurant (save a lot of money on food though) and won't be graduating until 23. However I'll have a double major in accounting and economics and plan to get my CFA, which is a fantastic certification in the finance field and something I am hoping can put me on track to a 60-80k job until I have the networking or experience to do consulting on my own. I only have 3k in index funds right now, but I will be getting 100-150k in inheritance (all in IRA stocks and funds) when my 96 year old grandfather passes. After my lease is up for my apartment next year I will also be moving in with a woman who worships me and my living expenses including groceries and gas will be 3-400 a month at most. You're obviously what I want to do on steroids, but do you have any tips for a young person who wants to at least follow a similar path? Not necessarily investing strategies but also things you had to find out for yourself that you didn't read or tax-related tips, etc.

If you're not lying, seriously amazing achievement to have 5m in assets at 25.
