FB, LCRX both apparent +5%, MSFT 'only' up about 2.5% AH right now
very bullish for the gap up into tomorrow, maybe they will be up 3% and 1.5%, overall gap up in the region of 0.5% to1% for the indices dependent on PM ER

but if we gap up too much, eventually we enter dangerously high territories
