Do I need to like all my co-workers in a team of 30? They are forcing "team building exercises" for training" but they are all just fucking cringey group activites and ice breakers but at least I am getting paid. Is this standard?

I remember when "memes" used to be fun. I was there for the pink fields. I was there when the 30 year old boomer was born. I saw the birth of the crab market. Those were actual memes that were relatable and fun to shitpost.
