Buy 20lbs rice and chicken breast for $1.99/lb. If you can get eggs for less than 25c each then get some of those too, and maybe some cheese. Round it off with hot sauce for seasoning, and if you get onion powder, garlic powder, chili powder, salt and pepper you can make some really good stovetop chicken to go with your rice. That's all your macros right there then you just take a multivitamin to stave off malnutrition and you're set. Shouldn't be too hard to get under a dollar a day if you're consistent with it.
