That ring was made by KentuckyCoinRings. There's lots of folks who make coin rings, but he's one of the best IMO. He recently put his Etsy page on pause because they started some kind of messed up ad thing, but you can find him elsewhere by doing a quick search. Send him a message with that pic and I'm guessing he'd make you one.
