Your own pic contradicts that.
For instance: this is Chainlink's first $9 pump, and all three of your examples are pretty much flat (API3 is even going down).

During Link's second $9 pump, RLC is lower than during Link's first $9 pump.
During Link's third $9 pump, API3 is lower than during Link's second $9 pump.

Literally the only constant here is this: Link reaches $9, Bitcoin dumps (and Alts do random shit)
