Number must go up. The gee dee pee must go up. Housing must get more expensive. Wages must get suppressed.

Will Housing Ever Crash?

Or is middle class private property ownership simply something that will be secluded to the history books?

Will humanity ever return to being able to afford a nice house with a few years worth of wages?

Will humanity ever return to a state where a home costs 1-2 years of median house income?
