You are. Any GPU can do confidential compute. The H100 and H200 are just AI specific + confidential on top of that. But all in all ANY GPU can do confidential compute. The H100/200 series is just better equipped to do said thing. They use less electricity for more throughput then let's say a RTX4090 would, because the GPU itself is designed to be able to run certain algos (LLMs for instance) really really fast. While RTX4090 on the other hand is a general GPU
