They need to bring in new buyers to offload their bags on. Pretty simple really. What the Bobby shills will never answer is, if BBBY and GME are going to moon, why not just buy GME? The company with over a billion dollars on its balance sheet, profitable, IS involved with RC, isn'tdoing a death spiraldilution with the help of a hedge fund, and actually isn't actively going bankrupt. Even if they were acting in good faith, there simply is no reason to buy BBBY over GME, just like there was no reason to buy AMC over GME two years ago. They allowed their greed to make them fall for a distraction.
