finally moved my stack to xumm, what's the concensus on it? safe or sketch? I just had it on celsius but got fudded off there when I saw that they were Ukrainians based in NJ lmao

So this old guy had signed a reservation agreement to buy my apartment for $195k but in the last day, after I had everything packed to leave he backed down and decided to pay the $19,500 penalty fee and not buy the property.

Now 40 days later he has contacted my real estate agent telling him he changed his mind and now wants the apartment again and that he is willing to pay the remaining $175k.

I don't know what to do, I'm thinking of asking for $180k for the inconveniences because asking for more sounds kind of abusing. What do you guys think I should do?
