The wording is actually

>"If a depository for a series of securities is at any time unwilling, unable or ineligible to continue as depository and a successor depository is not appointed by us within 90 days"

So if the DTTC cannot deliver and if a suitable alternative cannot be found WITHIN 90 days they will do it themselves (NFT Market)

Can you point to where the DTTC has 90 days to deliver the dividend and then 90 days to cover because thats not what is written
