Home prices haven't gone up that much and it's honestly not that bad.
I'm renting a 3br house with a fenced in yard and updated everything for $1400 a month. I'm right by downtown.

But yeah the homeless can be bad in Utah, same with Colorado. Which is why we didn't move there.
Boise is the shit.
There's a reason people are moving here.
I can go river surfing, hiking, mountain biking, kayaking, downtown for dinner, comedy shows all within 10 min drive.
