Hoping that they stored the first children’s stuff they should be set, only have to buy diapers which is quite costly. 2-3 years to save some money ( 100-300 bucks a month if possible) Rather than asking the government (niggers and spics are not something you want close to your child) he should look up local private charities, they are more accessible, also probably more organized and productive from their limited resources. Keep in mind they give out material aid (food, toys etc, maybe even few hour daycare). Organize birthdays, name day get togethers, family members will bring gifts, stuff like that. lazy members maybe even money.
Have his children play outside (healthy, economical) if possible build a treehouse. Might take like 4 Saturdays.

Also have his wife learn some basic math, English science and history and look up the educational standards for the first classes. Have her home school them. At least until they are 10-12. Hoping they are going to do that, have them signed into some sport club, scouts would be even better. The children still need to create their own social life outside of home.
