You understand that most white people dont have riches to flaunt. The wealthy is the enemy not the race. There is just more wealthy white people. If there were a majority Black/Chinese/Arab/Hispanic/etc they would do the exact same, if not worse. To get to get such wealth many throw away any sort of moral compass and compassion or were raised in such a wealthy society that it is the norms to not develop them.
Tourist who go there looking for sex is not the best people and even looked at as disgusting by many in mostly white nations. Not because of having sex with people there but because they are going there to do just that. Not many would have negative thoughts if someone were to fall in love, marry someone over there.
