multiple myeloma?

Back in the end of 2019 I started seeing a doctor for mental health but my life was manageable and I could go to work consistently. As soon as she started prescribing me medications my life had literally flipped upside down. I've been diagnosed with a bunch of disorders and have been in a psychward 6 times since then.

My life feels like it is ruined and I feel like my doctor is to blame for her lack in trying to actively help me.

What can I legally do? I want to speak with a lawyer soon but I need tobdo research on all of that before i proceed.

Any advice would be amazing and if you need anymore context I will happily add more information

I'm posting this here because financially I have been ruined. I currently have $3 in my bank account and have lost over 15 jobs in the past 3 years due to the lack of successful professional help.
