After 1 hour I could tell you who was a retard (Julien, Eduardo), who was a midwit (Wassim, Florent, Mircea), who was brilliant (Hadrien).
Pic related is the guy who has been in charge of getting us adoption in the Ethereum space, some random business school zoomer who 100% can't even deploy a simple contract with a tutorial, probably can't even type 2 command lines in a terminal to save his life.

In the meantime Hadrien has been around for 3 years, he has a PhD from the most prestigious university program in France, developed with Solidity for all this time, attended all big dev conferences, designed the core economic component of the project and is well regarded (just browse through the twitter followers on both profiles), he understand dapp development, toolsets, the needs and the opportunity to integrate.
This guy is being poached by some other smart contract company while he should straight up have been promoted and make the entire dapp centered strategy and have the kid as his errand boy.
