hey anon, I'm gonna say something nice.
you see, trading is like gambling, it works and it doesn't, you have to redraw those lines and all, those indicators will make it interesting at first but then beats you like crap, the house always wins.
some of the guys here ride on pump and dumps, flavor of the week, etc. ripping each other off.
the chad approach is to buy buy buy link and be comfy, keep stacking those linkies, although you can swing but you're on your own, don't say you weren't warned.

it's easy to lose your life savings here so if you like to heed this this frenly advice, I'd say, just buy link, keep stacking those linkies and get out of this place.

Post coins that have truly massive possible growth. Stuff that could plausibly reach a trillion in market cap if everything worked out perfect for them. Post your logic for why they should be so highly valued also. Its ok if its unlikely they get this valuable as long as there is a possible path to get there that actually makes logical sense.

Polymath - Securities on a blockchain. This allows traders to trade securities just like tokens; with no regulation of any kind. No short term capital gains taxes. No market holidays. No closing bell. No possibility the government can seize them from you. Its a tax evaders wetdream. It also allows people to invest in securities without having to cash out on coinbase or similar. Which means 40% more securities if you bought them through Polymath than through a traditional stock broker.

Chainlink - While I doubt it will ever catch on, if their SWIFT connections really do pan out then they could be the main through point from fiat to crypto. They could also be the center of the decentralized derivatives market, which is valuable for traders for the same reasons as Polymath above.

Monero/Zcash - Untraceble money means tax evasion. Tax evasion is a huge, huge market. Over half the worlds wealth currently resides in tax havens. Trillions upon trillions. Currently people have to jump through a ton of hoops to get their money into a tax haven safely. Like chinese are currently buying houses in canada and australia to get circumvent the capital controls the chinese government is imposing. If people knew about a more convenient alternative I think many many trillions could be poured into Monero.

Bitcoin - The only "trustworthy" coin. its digital gold. Once institutional money starts pouring in this is where it will go first. Its the only "safe" choice.

Honestly i would argue that it would be stupid to sell by now, but at the same time i think this shit will go as down as 2k or even lower, and stay sideways like that for a looong time, so i don't know which advice to give

If the Chainlink network is adopted and gets enough traffic, Linkpool will earn high revenues. Let me ask you a question, how much money do you think will move through the Chainlink network? Jonny aspires to control 10% in the long term. Suppose he only manages to control 1% of the traffic.

Answer me something, how much money (USD) do you think it will be moving through the Chainlink network in... let's say 2022?

>inb4 muh crystal ball
I know, but let's just speculate for a moment.

For some reason people tend to forget about fiat and the fact that the fiat value of Chainlink is not static when we discuss the LP revenue.

IF Chainlink is adopted I expect a huge volume -billions of dollars worth of LINK being moved between the node network and requesters- if we add to that, the fact that Jonny stated that his aim is to control at least 10% of the traffic of the network. We are all set for good.

Let's remember someone earned 10,000 BTC mining BTC in 2008 and paid a pizza with it.

I dont understand why people would go all in on this. You dont have to go all in to make it, unless you are a turbo poorfag in which case go get a job.

Everyone is thinking that it will launch in September, but thats so fucking optimistic. unless the team have outsourced a shit load of work in secret. the reputation system literally is what makes link the 1000$ meme. i f they are just starting it then then it confirms we have a while to go, and we know they wont launch a half baked product because they have no reason to. 2020, or if they really get their act together 2019 is feasible.

Also, when you look on the github and see their commits its impressive, but looking at exactly what hthey are trying to do with the reputation system and its a bit obvious that there is a lot fo work to be done, and anyone with ANY knowledge of C+and Linux custom script integrated GNU compilers knows it's a minimum 2-3 year AT BEST with a single coder, maybe less with more.

Link devs took the hard route of going for a SE Linux hardened kernel integration into their scripting tool - PRO TIP, since they are using it as part of the foundation for main-net, it is essential it is 100% complete, and with investors like Swift its not going to be fucking risked launching early.

Even Linus Torvalds (creator of Linux) took 2 years to compile a similar scripting tool.

the thing is, there's almost no upper bound on chainlink's market cap due to how many markets / industries it can be applied to. i'm not a $1000 eoy guy, but if you have it set in your mind that $100 will be the max or any other arbitrary value because "the market cap can't be $1 trillion" then you're effectively blinding yourself. judge the price potential by the market share it can potentially take. it was named as a shift in action for the 4th industrial revolution for a reason. this needs to be taken more seriously.
