No, that's not what I mean by bluff. He's using the threat as leverage for this weeks negotiations. I'm saying progress gets made this week such that China negotiates a delay on that threat. Donald obviously isn't going to do a delay without a concession from them. I say 'bluff' because I don't think he thinks he will have to use it.

I'm not banking on a potential H&S on the daily. Although to play devils advocate on that, the NDX currently has a left shoulder and head formed. And nope, it's absolutely not a day trade. I do have a relatively snug stop on it though.
