I'm hoping GME will peak or squeeze by December so I can switch to some juicy recovery stocks.
Damn that would be such an amazing play.
If I make it anons, I plan on giving my grandma enough money to go on a vacation of her dreams with my mother and aunt. I just want them to be happy after all they've been through.
I just want to be cozy and finally have enough money to sit down and write my book in peace.

So I live in NJ
>neighbor listed a house for rent in april
>no response
>listed it for sale
>3 months later still listed

I know in other areas housing is booming. Lumber/raw materials is up 3x and mortgage rates are bottoming out.

Furthermore USD devaluing with inflation. im thinking houses are going to skyrocket
