i THINK what happens is, if doge were to go below rebase price, coins would be removed. but the thing is, doge isnt even close to that. in fact, doge would peg each leash to 30 bucks a pop. so either 1) leash pumps to 30 by definition or 2) we get so much leash added to our wallets that its worth 30 bucks a pop in fiat
