It is not priced in. Here's a diagram. Notice the dates where I've pointed out the crossings are the same. Notice how SOXX has a higher price on the second date but SOXL has a much lower price. You would have bought back into SOXL at a much lower price than you sold out. Yet on the SOXX chart the prices are almost the same. Again, it's a subtle difference and I can see how it could be lost on some people. Give it some thought
