Open up a coffee shop with my brother geared towards a certain crowd that I'd let my mom run and cook for since she's a stay at home mom and misses working.

Build a couple track cars since I could never really afford anything nice for my own track car that's always on the backburner.

Buy a few neat cars (not exotics) that I'm enthused about.

Pay off my parent's house, buy property for them to collect on.

Travel more, duh.

There's a lot more - I have a lot of hobbies.
