Just looking at the graph and guessing what the price will be based on your intuition and knowledge of the thing you are investing in will beat "technical analysis" most of the time

T.A. is just for midwits who feel the need to draw lines on a graph to confirm their pre-existing beliefs. If there were good technical indicators of price action alone, then you could train a bot to notice them and act on them much faster than any human trader. Hell you can train a statistical learning model to comb through all the data and act on patterns that are too subtle for people to notice.

The only way humans can beat bot traders is by considering real-world factors affecting the price action. Anyone telling you otherwise is lying or a fool themselves.
