I fell for the boomer meme that being smart, hardworking, loyal, and dedicated will get you places in life.

Early 30s now and figured out it’s all just a lie to make pulp for the machine to keep those riding on top in comfort. Entire western civilization is a ponzi at this point, there is no starting at the bottom and working your way up, the bottom is underwater, and there is no kindly old benefactor looking for smart young talent to give you a leg up in life, they don’t look down, just trying to climb up the pile by any means to get more. You are a foothold and nothing more.

It’s insane, and there is some hope for the west, but we are in so much deeper shit than the average normie realizes.
