There is nothing to gain in this market unless you invest a shit ton of money.
As an example: you invest 1000$, even if a certain coin price doubles you end up with 2000$ and a gain of 1000$, this is not worth filing taxes for.
Majority of you will never make it, just face reality.
To make it in this market you need a good low starting price, a promising coin and something like 50K at least.
Most people don't have 1 or all three mentioned above.

Let's talk about 2017/18 shitcoins that you unironically believed in, bought the top of and bagheld down to the bottom of the mariana trench because you were gullible enough to believe they were actually going to change the world.

For me it was QSP, I thought the smart contract security audit angle was a great 'pick and shovel' play and the tokenomics sounded great, people would have to buy tokens and lock them up for a period of time in order to be able to use the automated audit. Of course it all turned out to be bullshit, they wrote the token out of the white paper entirely and ended up just offering manual audits for cash instead. I still held 100k of those piece of shit up until last fall. Where I finally sold for something like an 85% net loss.

Caught AION white-hot after the Teeka pump at 3700, it fell to 3100 5 minutes later and held there.
