Public relations strategy

- Containment - Actually not a strategy most of the time and simply something to stop panic. If they say they are attempting to contain:

- deceleration - actual strategy employed by governments. The goal here is to slow the spread, aka try to cut back the weeks till it's exponential out of control. They will publicly call this containment even when they know its unstoppable.

Mitigation - This is what happens when they give up on decel, this means martial law type of steps, handling hospital space to critical only, etc
