Go ahead and try and spam the network. I dare you. There is spam protection with a scaling PoW cost for the device sending txs so if you think you can clog it up by outputting 60,000+ tps or higher, you will end up costing yourself something like $30,000 for a single days worth of spam. No one pays for this except the device doing the spamming. Good fucking luck.
