It's literally all a political circlejerk. Like I said in the past thread, he will announce something as soon as the markets close for the weekend and boom, here we are. He does this so traders will get renewed energy when markets re-open on Monday.
The sooner people realize that all politicians are crooks (do you really expect some anti-establishment guy getting into office without being bought up? Come on), the faster you will learn how to ignore politics all together, start making actual money and spend it selfishly.
