Hey /biz/, I have a fully scripted suite of contracts ready to deploy. What's the best place to find partners that can handle marketing and art?

My project is actually legitimate by the way, but I really dont believe that quality and innovation alone can give it success. When a plethora of shitcoins are being shilled with extremely high quality art and marketing pushes, I could run the most innovative piece of technology since the wheel, but it would still never take off.
