Only reverse osmosis filters and distillers get rid of everything. There are some things called volatile organic compounds that have a boiling point below water, so the most effective system is a distiller with a charcoal filter on it. You can get one off amazon for like $150 maybe, idk how much they cost in the US.

I did a lot of nutrition research and yeah pretty much every single guideline is a bunch of shit, water is poison, plastic is poison, it's literally impossible to not eat poison because the air poisons the animals. Save us Ted.

pomegranate juice is anti estrogenic, it helps a little bit to reduce the estrogens found in our modern shit society. As one can see here. There are much more potent anti estrogenics out there, but the problem with them is that most are not really used in the long term.
