just keep storing your value in goybux, the fed promises to steal only 2% per year with money printing. They are the kind of people you can trust.

I generally trade chart patterns and levels.
For example, yesterday I noticed a quick drop in the USD/Yen around 8am Est...this has a strong co-relation to the US stock market opening down. I trade CFD's of the market so I sold S+P and Dow CFD's at that time... also, the S+P was/is above a huge round number of 3k so I thought it would retest it (it did, but bounced off 3k quite well). I made about $400 trading both of them yesterday...not earth shattering, but consistent profits are like walks and singles in baseball vs that homerun swing every time at bat.
This just takes time and experience of *consistently* watching the market, no other way around that...and stick to a relative few things to watch, it helps your focus.

Giving money to charity = pay the salary of limousine socialists to to play help-the-world make believe. I'm sure Kaylee really appreciates you paying for her plane tickets to Africa though, those water pumps they installed at $10k a piece will turn a nice $10 profit for the scrap metal dealers after they are brought in 6 months later.

I've always found doing things like that are better than sex. You'll forget the countless times you had sex but always remember her showing you her boob in synagogue.

My ex wife is a realtor here in the Philly area and I do some rehab work with her and my adult son. Over the past five years we've probably flipped 10 houses, usually lower end properties (50-70k range), with an avg profit of about 12k or so. And we're always looking for more and starting to get busy. Right now its a second job for all of us, but getting fun actually.
First, its tough to do by yourself and nearly impossible to do 'in spare time'. The only properties you can do that way are relatively turnkey properties you basically get at a steal price (it happens though, especially if you get the inside whisper on a potential estate property).
Second, you need to know your capabilities, strengths and limitations. Painting is easy but time consuming. Landscapers? Do you know cheap and cheerful roofers, plumber, etc?
Finally, you really need to market yourself as a rehabber. Its tough to do because here in Philly as many other places its populated with absolute niggers that think they can do it all and then try to drop a shithole property on you that needs even more work than when they first got it. And niggers will almost always sell to other niggers first just because.

My recommendations? Get a secure source of funds first. Yourself, a friend, business partner, whoever. Just be ready to pay a hard lender some hard interest if need be. Also, get at least one other person, preferably a contractor, to partner with. You do the business end, he does the dirty work..that worked well for us. Finally, be prepared for sleepless nights worrying about everything from asbestos to niggers stealing your copper pipes.
Worth looking into though and good luck!
