Are Canadian Degrees recognized in other countries? I graduated with honors from an electrical engineering program with a year long internship and I cant land a job/interviews even being willing to work nights/fly across the country

It seems like every 2 weeks theres a grand total of 4 new positions in my field across the entire nation and theyre only interested in "10 years of experience with our proprietary in-house software thats under an NDA". I spent 5 years sleeping 4-6 hours a night with no social life and now have nothing to show for it. Should I apply overseas or am i just fucked?
