a mixture of doing chores and checking biz without any reason or pattern , with some eating and sleeping thrown in, a mess

nothing really...

just learned about skinner boxes - obsessively checking something for changes, like email or CMC... i will try to eliminate them by allocateing fixed times for specific activities or set up automatic notifiers
then fix my sleeping schedule
