I'm curious what the Marxist stacker would say about this picrel.

I've never had quite a word to put on it but I've always felt that a "true capitalism" would necessitate sound money based on something like gold or silver. Fiat currency--where money is essentially a legal instrument and not a tangible store of value--seems decidedly not conducive to a free market. Rather, fiat is a natural consequence of a command, top-down economic structure.
