My ultimate goal for this property is to create an ultra-exclusive hotel/corporate retreat. An Amangiri-esque resort where celebrities, titans of industry, and the most powerful people in the world congregate. Peak of luxury, security, and seclusion. Emphasis on the last part.

There are similar lodges and resorts in Manicaland but they don't have the same draw or allure. I've mapped out the property based on old maps we have and there's more than enough room for a conference center, hotel, housing for local staff, airstrip, et cetera. It's so far from the beaten path that it's practically impossible to be on the radar here.
