Well..
She started med school a couple years ago, it might be wearing her down. It's hard to tell whether it's just time passing that makes it worse or she's slipping into something. She never was on the optimistic side, and being around dying people is not exactly uplifting. She's also putting 80+ hours into it weekly. She's obviously getting burnt out. She says she loves me still, but expresses doubt whether that's enough in the long run or not.
