I STRONGLY recommend starting something in a field that you have the most knowledge in yourself, because you'll be managing and teaching others how to "do it right" if you're a services business, or, you'll be designing the product if you are selling the product. Don't even worry about market size analysis, you are a small business and don't even need to worry about that.
