it wouldn't be so bad if he sought out actual gems, like livable houses in predominately white neighborhoods in the outskirts of a city with jobs. instead he picks the most repulsive and mentally retarded homes on the market. it's insane, bordering on mental illness.

i mean pic related is a good example. house is a complete shitter but it has some land and it's reasonably priced. it's a 2 hour commute to NYC or Philly, which is tolerable if you're only in the office 1-2 days a week. low cost of living + access to high paying city jobs.
