Ah fug, you're fucked mate. I'm quite surprised myself, usually Degiro gives access to pretty much everything.
Just know that Saxo is far from being the cheaper, especially for OTC, but they suit my needs since I need an annual tax paper for tax filling, which Saxo gives for my country, while IB doesn't as far as I know. But it's purely a personal situation. Also if you go Saxo, make sure to check there

that Saxo allows you to buy your OTC stock in this list (may take a while to load. Check at the OOTC - OTC Markets Group (Pink Sheets) section)
I don't know if IB has a similar page, I'll let you do your research, or maybe ask them, usually those brokers have good customer support.
