holy shit, similar situation here except I'm a few years older and it happened around Dec'21, and the doc gave me zoloft which I finally weened myself off a couple months ago. and I only lost ~$120k,
firstly, DO NOT LET THEM GIVE YOU SSRIS FREN
secondly, there will always be moves to make in the market. best thing you can do for yourself is forget about it for a while and do things to ground yourself. read some books about philosophy. take up a new hobby. brainstorm ways to generate income that don't rely on you besting someone on the other side of the screen.
thirdly, this might happen again, and again, and again, but you will get stronger each time. the $120k I lost was built up from $2k... which was the remnants of $80k that I lost... whichw as built up from $500... which was leftovers from $30k I lost... etc... my observation has been that the amount lost grows larger every time, while the bottom remains the same
