This would be employed by shitholes like Australia that have a centralised system that kicks you out automatically if you've been banned from one club in the region. Currently you hand the bouncer your Id and they put it through a database upon entry, if you have warrens, been kicked out before recently or have some sort of court order you'll get picked up at the door. It wouldn't be the clubs choosing to do this it would be governments looking to expand that infrastructure and connect it to a wider Id system. Is that more convient?
