should I lie about my race on job applications to get free diversity points? Like, can't I just check the "mixed race" box and if they pry about it in an interview just tell them my grandmother was hispanic or something? I'm white, so I feel like that could still be in the realm of believability (most hispanics are some degree of white mixed anyway), and it's not like they're going to verify it. It wouldn't be a grotesque lie like saying I was a black bisexual woman that would lead employers to not taking me seriously either.
