Satoshi have no control of the GitHub repository and even if he came back and everybody knew he was in fact Satoshi he would still need to convince everybody to upgrade (including Blockstream, who has ulterior motives).

Seeing as it's well known that Satoshi always intended for 1 MB to be temporary but nobody on BTC gives a shit about his will he probably would need to fork.

Worst part is I doubt it will make a difference in the price if the judge rules in his favor.

It sure as fuck will make a difference when he is talking with companies though. There's 99.999999% of the planet out there that have no clue about the squabble in crypto right now, all they will see is an official paper that they are indeed talking with the inventor of this "blockchain thing" they have heard so much about. And then they will take his business proposals more seriously.

Bitcoin is never going to the next level by feeding some chickens on twitch. That stuff was something to get excited by 5 years ago. If it doesn't scale big now and get huge corporations it will all become worthless in 10 years. Outcompeted by VISA's fake crypto. Huge corporations won't on-board a system with 1 MB blocks or even 32 MB blocks. That's too little room to grow. And they won't on-board a system that isn't legal either.
