Nope. The ath was during ico after which the price plummeted. It's speculated that venture capitalists that received these coins dumped them all at once plummeting the price down to sub 1cents, from which it has been rising steadily.

Also I'd like to note out that it's nice when people behind this project are open about who they are, where are they from etc. Meaning that if Denko tries to perform some scumbag scammy move with this, then he will most certainly shooting himself to his knee with that move because people know his face, name and address.

Baltic states are still developing countries and it becomes very evident if you go outside their capital cities. The soviet taint is still strong at there, people drink alcohol constantly, infrastructure is crap, everything is grey and depressing and to top it all off the Baltic states are wet lowlands which basically means you're surrounded by wast endless swamps.
