are you for real man, rule #1 of investing is to diversify. You do realize that the floor could drop out on the crypto market at any time and it just collapses like a house of cards. Why would you do something so stupid with such a huge amount of money? If you had just put that money in an index fund it would be worth millions in a couple decades. The great thing about those is that they have diversification built in. Or you could have used that $96k for the down payment on a rental property and used the rents to pay for the mortgage. Or you could have found partners and started your own business.

But no, assuming this is real, you went all in on bitcoin right before a crash because of FOMO. A fool and his money.

15 months of VFIAX. I first opened the account with Vanguard when I suddenly found myself with some savings, as my grandparents had spent $5k on a mutual fund trust for me when I was a kid that had just matured. Wasn't really sure what to do with it and came on /biz/ to ask, some helpful people recommended indexing it and I'm glad they did. Thanks.
