Insider here. I could get into trouble but I want to alert you to The Sergey System.

Sergey has actually instated numerous unique security measures. He likes the team to submit each task on a different USB drive and he stores them in massive filing cabinet. Sergey bulk purchases these usbs out of the ico money and painstakingly writes each file name by hand. Sergey does this because he thinks it's the most efficient file storage system. Thomas told us in slack that he once asked Sergey why he doesn't just copy the file and Sergey screamed at him that "he doesn't trust copies". Then Sergey accused Thomas of not understanding a trustless future before hiding behind his usb filing cabinet. Thomas said he needs to submit a written request for each task which is stored individually before he can work on it again. Then he and the team have to wait for Sergey to review each request. While this sounds like a good system and maintains security it has one flaw: Sergey doesn't understand any of it and uses his own code when storing the usbs. So Thomas or Steve cannot simply search the filing cabinet themselves because they don't understand The Sergey System.
