I hope someone who is already working from home can help me out. I'd like to join the WFH Chad ranks

My situation is as follows:
-I want to work from home, I'm currently unemployed.
-I have some skills, but I am not sure the are applicable to wfh type of jobs. I am fluent in Spanish, so I guess that helps. Then I have a bunch of different skills at basic to intermediate level, but I guess I can't compete with in the job market without being advanced to expert (illustration, graphic design, writing, fitness, farming, plus more random stuff)
-I'm thinking of jobs I could realistically apply to, and I am not sure where to start.
-I have thought that something I could do is learning how to use ms excel and ms work properly, and try to get some position related to those, like data entry, or working with documents.
-As my "career" I have done only a tiny bit of work, and I have spent many years (around 10) studying in different colleges. Then, I have been in a period in which I'm doing neither for around 4 - 5 years now.
-None of my work experience is probable by references, letters of recommendation, or such. I have been doing random things here and there to get money and advance in different aspects of life.
-I don't have any solid work experience to add to a curriculum, and I know employers look into that, so that's a concern for me.
I realize my doubts are probably very basic, but I'm 34 and I have only wagied for 2 weeks of my life, so I'm completely out of the loop of how life normally is for most people.

Any advice, tip, or comment on how to get started would be appreciated
